They're raising $116.7M and only 10% of this is from existing shareholders. $11.7M isn't enough to create downward pressure to pull the price back to $1.39. The other 90% of the shareholders which atlas chose would most likely be long-term investors (clients of Hartleys). So in my opinion a portion of those people who do participate in this SPP will liquidate... And only if bad market sentiment continues then only will share price drop. Otherwise i don't see it happening...
