I took the 15k option via COMMSEC using BPAY.

You should have received a

SHARE PURCHASE PLAN APPLICATION FORM

with your name and address on it

... the form should have a biller code for the SPP, and a reference number specific to you.

Make sure you are on the Netbank side when using BPAY; increase your transfer limit if necessary; select your "from" account and new* "to" account; fill in your biller code and reference number (I copied and pasted mine straight from the application form); select one of the AUD amounts A1000 - A15000 from the form; submit.

Note what it says on the form: "You do not need to return this form if you have made payment via BPAY®. Your BPAY® reference number will process yourpayment to your entitlement electronically and you will be deemed to have applied for such shares for which you have paid."
