I think it would be best to scale back based on individual shareholder's holding parcel and based on 4:1 or 2:1 ratio depending on how oversubscribed the SPP is.
Personally i would love to get my hands on the 150,000 shares @ 10c but i'm quite confident this will be easily oversubscribed as it is only $2.5m worth.
