Thanks MJS. It will be interesting to see how it plays out because PRR is only looking to raise an est. $38M from the latest offerings. $21M from SI and the remaining $17M from individual/private holders.....my point being that if they get full $15K applications from a large proportion of holders then it may be oversubscribed and a scaleback would most likely occur....just my thoughts and welcome any further information on this.
