    BTW HK is hardly free cash flow positive which is why I've highlighted concerns over them - it is a function of Capex spend.

    STO isn't FCF +ve either because of the enormous Capex on Gladstone - but I sure am looking forward to the FCF when they stop investing at that Capex rate and start collecting the cash being generated from the asset.
