The offer presumably closes at 5:00pm on 17th Nov. Based on the announcment on 29/10/03, it said they would mail info shortly. I've been a shareholder for over three years, and am either not eligible (for some unknown reason) or they haven't pulled their fingers out yet and mailed the info.
