BUD should cut their expenditure (including on employees) down to the level that the business can afford. The over expenditure of the past is unsustainable. If current management will not do it, the board should bring in new management that can turn the business around.
In my opinion LIfx has high enough sales to be profitable.
In my opinion Buddy Platform should be sold off.
