    be interesting to know if the problems in the us repo market affect finance availability and price

    big shortage of funds last week for interbank transfers - interest rates rocketed from 2% to 7% in one day i heard before new york fed stepped in

    dec qtr last year saw big problems in this area - which is why us stock market tanked
