Does anybody know how many shareholders there is in bly? The annual report doesn't say, as I am a bit worried about a 'scale back' occurring. This would be annoying to me as I have to sell down some shares to take part and would have to buy back at market in early Nov when the refund comes through and when the price could be higher than now.
My calculation is that if 5000 shareholders take up their $15k lot, then the $75m ceiling will be reached and scale back can occur. Maybe I am worried about a non-event?
