Hi team,
Just looking at this, there appear to be two conflicting messages regarding the option record date.
On the one hand, the dates in the prospectus suggest the new SPP shares will not be issued/counted until after the option record date (ie option record date June 13, allocations of new shares June 16).
On the other, the notice of meeting issued on April 29 says "shareholders will be invited to subscribe for up to 3333 shares at $1.50 a share ... and also be granted up to 1666 options at an exercise price of $2.00 provided they continue to hold shares subscribed for under the SPP on the option record date".
Surely if shareholders are to continued to hold their SPP shares, those shares have to be allocated/counted before the option record date?
