I have only one issue. It is simple. The statement
"shareholders will be invited to subscribe for up to 3333 shares at $1.50 a share ... and also be granted up to 1666 options at an exercise price of $2.00 provided they continue to hold shares subscribed for under the SPP on the option record date".
is totally inconsistent with an options record date that falls before those shares are issued (or at least counted as being owned)
