No idea. I've never seen a CR where the SP has dropped so far below the placement price (which is always a discount anyway). That said, what the CR is good for is any investor who wants to buy a truckload of shares - eg. the full $30,000 max allocation.

If just one person tried to buy this amount on market right now, it'd take the SP to about 9c. Do that a couple of times and we're quickly back where we were before the 2022 drop in SP.

So yeah, the CR is still attractive to someone wanting to significantly increase their holding in SUV, as that's certainly not possible if you were to buy on market. Throw in the free oppies and it's actually not a bad proposition.

The only thing I'd consider in order to make the CR a little more viable is opening the placement up to all investors, not just those who had a holding on the record date.
