    A couple of comments

    1. How do cashflow numbers stack up to ensure company continuity? Posters above seem comfortable now (and that was prior to this SPP), but there was talk of $2.5m plus another $2.5 in a few months. We got US1.6m for Cobra, which is a littles less that A$2.5, yes?
    And now up to $900,000 from SPP.
    Will cashflows suffice ongoing?

    2. The price of the SPP shares is 1.25c.
    Market bid-offer is (today) 1.2-1.3 so (a) there is a danger of many not taking up rights, and (b) what will this do to liquidity of shares (zero volume for a while?)

    3. Max $5,000 means big boys only get a small amount (for some - not worth the bother), and smallest shareholders will not want to part with as much as $5,000. Again, does this threaten full takeup?
