1. How do cashflow numbers stack up to ensure company continuity? Posters above seem comfortable now (and that was prior to this SPP), but there was talk of $2.5m plus another $2.5 in a few months. We got US1.6m for Cobra, which is a littles less that A$2.5, yes? And now up to $900,000 from SPP. Will cashflows suffice ongoing?
2. The price of the SPP shares is 1.25c. Market bid-offer is (today) 1.2-1.3 so (a) there is a danger of many not taking up rights, and (b) what will this do to liquidity of shares (zero volume for a while?)
3. Max $5,000 means big boys only get a small amount (for some - not worth the bother), and smallest shareholders will not want to part with as much as $5,000. Again, does this threaten full takeup?
