you will be very unlikely to get your full allotment unless they significantly increase the offer.
most likely you will end up not having access to your funds for a couple of weeks before the refund comes through
in same cases where there is defined allotment you can even sell your initial shares and offset against the ones you are going to get this can sometimes get you out before others who may wait for to receive the new ones but can be tax implications on this option.
