I beg to differ. "Often" is not "Always"

A hardware fault sometimes requires a hot swap in a rack, this can't be done over the phone.

Also security is better if you have staff there.

Do you think NWT would do 24/7 if that was not a requirement? Who has had outages? Not NWT. In any case I think you'll soon see how highly regarded the Newsat service is OS.

PS Was a balanced and appreciated post, I wish more would do the same, the more we pool our info the better.
