Although we haven't been told of the terms of lazard's engagment, the financials suggest they haven't been paid anyting yet. perhaps their fees kick in upon achievment of a specific share price, or more likely upon the outcome of certain conditions. No one likes to work for free, least of all Lazards so they obviously think they can make a few things happen at NWT soon.
