i had not seen the 2nd ann. and correction.
I think it is totally misleading and dishonest for ELK to change terms after the ann. Perhaps even illegal.
I have taken actions based on the first ann, which I would perhaps not have done on the basis of the change.
You can be sure that ELK will now manipulate the price upwards for the final 5 days.
In short, disgusted.
