The important bit on over-subscriptions is on Page 2 of the SPP Offer, as follows "In the event the total value of the acceptances ..... exceeds an aggregate amount of $15 million ..... the Company reserves the right to accept over-subscriptions (subject to compliance with ASX Listing Rules) in its discretion."
The is from the offer document. Clearly, from the above, going over $15 million is a possibility, but I do not know what restrictions are placed on it by the ASX Listing Rules.
