Shares will be allotted on the 30th. I really doubt it will be oversubscribed, there are enough shares there for roughly 1700 holders to all take up the full $15k, and those that had already participated in either of the previous ones could only take up $15k minus what they had already taken. I think a target of $5M - $10M raised is realistic and achievable, less than $5M would be a little dissapointing as this is what Rogers has publicly stated as hoping to raise.
