SPP offer at 15c closes on Thursday. All PRM holders should read the offer document carefully. IMHO, this offer is the cheapest the stock will be post 31/5/03.
On face value, the stock is still speculative prior to Bankable Feasiblity Study being successfully completed.
Once BFS is finalized the stock will probably be re-rated fairly quickly to levels of 12 months ago when Agrium signed up for the project. ( 60c). I am a holder of the stock and have purchased an additional 33,000 shares vis the SPP. Very comfortable with all the fundamentals and recent developments.
