they can raise the cash, its just the price. My bet it would be 7c max. They need minimum $5m to keep things going I would guess. As is the nature of the market the share price will naturally gravitate to the new issue price, which is why using any form of TA for trading on this stock right now is crazy
Of greater concern for exisitng holders is if they have to offer the mine as security for any deal, ie via a convertible note or some other structure.
