Not a miracle, but something much simpler: a new management.
I would love to see what the management of for instance Norseman Gold would do with this mine.
My suspicion: a much higher production and better cashflow, although the cash cost per ounce would go up. I think the development work would no longer be capitalized, but would be included in operational costs
