With the ASX's troubles late today I couldn't find it on there; had to go all the way to Baraka's site itself to confirm this.
Can't say I blame them, although it's a shame it might not get filled by small investors now. I guess with the other open offers they have standing they might just run with the cash they have raised so far after the 4th and then get approval to raise the balance if needed at the GM.
Hope this means we can expect more things to start happening real soon now too.
