Here is perhaps a silly question.....maybe someone knows the answer.
If I place shares on the market and they are sold, I receive the funds. Can PRR legally, or through a general meeting of shareholders, place the unsubscribed options on the market to sell. There may be a shortfall from current shareholders to take up the offer, but there may be traders/non shareholders etc willing to purchase. Since PRR would have placed the options on market, they would receive the cash from any sales.
