Pretty sure credit card is not acceptable. Appl. form clearly states bpay by either cheque or savings account.
Previous SPP's, eg. MQG and ANZ have never let me use the credit card.
Easy way around it is doing a cash advance to your savings or cheque account and then doing the bpay.
