as for Computershare:

some of their staff a not knowledgable and by they time they transfer your call to get proper advise ...................................

found it much easier to hunt on the on-line page and find what I needed

as for equal access:

Believe FML will state that all holders were able to access an electronic form of the SPP prospectus as of 11.30 am Friday via Computershare

Has FML entered a new phase in which the suddenly:

Have learned the art of self-promotion
using hype to accelerate their self promotion
and do we have to start "watching" them from now on?????
