Maximum amount of shares an investor can apply for is only $15,000 worth. Personally I cannot see anyone manipulating the price down so they can buy at a lower price in the SPP. Not worth the effort. Investors wouldn't know what the 5 day average will be to know if they are selling out at a higher or lower price.

I think this part of the raising will be a flop if the share price stays under $0.78. I suspect shareholders will treat the SPP as an option to purchase $15,000 of shares at 0.78 and only take them up if the price exceeds this price towards the end of the SPP. The SPP is not really worth the punt for 5% (i.e. $750) if you don't know for sure what the share price will be.
