I would hope that the 5.8c majority of issued capital is placed in escrow for minimum 12 months meaning they cant sell it and if it was a big insto ...they wont be interested in just skimming 10-15% they will be in it for much bigger gains so at the current shareprice of 7c i think its a winner....
Based on their projects I think FAR is worth 20c
i would be inclu=ined to buy at the current price as it still represents good value based on their projects that are lined up.
You guys need to loook at the bnigger picture of this capital raising...i think the shareprice could very well take off and the fact that the CR will be underwritten is a good sign in itself
