This ann got me wondering:
1. SPP not proportional to holding?
2. Hugh discount to current sp (56c at time of ann)
3. Appears to target small share holders
4. 110m issued shares, approx. 35k shares on offer per holder, approx 3,200 people required to take up the offer to double the amount of existing issued shares. Can they do that without voting?
Can someone please help me to make some sense from this?
