My thinking was the tehnicals showed re accumulation that many holders, as this forums shows itself, left the company. I would be surprised if people didn't get what they applied for,,, and surely the people who just bought 500$ worth would be the ones who wouldn't get 5k worth if the SPP was oversubscribed.
