GiddyYup thats a fair, honest and frank assessment.
In the absence of something special I would have to agree that you could be right.
I do hope, like many SPP's, that the company is holding an ace up their sleeve
In many cases we see an announcement come out to ensure there is a spike in price to support the SPP and ensure it is oversubscribed. It is running out of time I guess, but still hoping that's the case.
Something along the lines of the farm-in agreement or a partial sale of land, etc would do the trick.
