re: spp dump day/great time to buy SSPP DUMP DAY correct, shows the very reason why a lot of serious long term holders very upset with the Arafura Board and management.

The problem is of course that they did not look after existing shareholders, including overseas investors who have all been shafted by this deplorable action.

No serious investor can have much faith in a company that does an issue this way, giving of course any Tom, Shirley, or Harry the opportunity to make a fast buck.

Investors, daytraders and gamblers of course took full advantage of the situation, and now we are watching a serious DUMP of this share on the ASX, by those who took advantage of the offer for a quick buck only.

Great time to pick up FPO's cheaply if you have the readies, of able to fund same, but when you have a large amount already, you tend to lose some faith in the companies ability to look after its existing shareholders.

Not one to complain very often, but can see some problems ahead with the spin-off, and in view of pirra96 comments above, all serious investors should approach the Board/management on this new issue/spinoff now pending.

There could/will be frustrating times ahead if the company ignores its shareholders. This companies resources/tenements etc are far too good for all investors not to be involved in ARAFURA RESOURCES.
