Fair view TCS. I got the Notice of General Meeting in the mail today. Read all the Resolutions and first thought was Against all of them. Resolutions 1-3 makes sense for holders to average down, but Resolution 4: approval to increase remuneration for Non Exec Directors from 400k to 1M!! Ummmm I don't think so mate. How about you Directors build a successful mining operation first (under budget - no blow outs), report on target earnings and then we shareholders I'm sure will say yes to Resolution 4. Until then, get to work, and if you don't like the deal, just over there is the door. We'll find someone who can do your job just as good if not better!!
