40 million shares will be issued. At least half will keep their shares long term.
20 mil won't be sold same day but could be sold over the period of a month or so.
I assume a lot of them will be around 76c sell orders which may slow the run to $1
Others might be happy to sell between 55-65c so we may see a re-trace to low 60's or high 50's
