No-one at OPL has stated how many shares are required as such. The share issue may actually be related to the number of shares held at the date involved so it could well be the more you hold the higher %age of shares you will become eligible for. I can't see them risking too much dilution by offering eveyone who owns a coupld of thousand shares the full parcel of 19,000 odd shares.
