Management may have thought the Niobrara deal would have been completed by the previous SPP cut off date of 10th June.

If I recall correct the ann regarding a possible JV or farm out was announced just prior to the SPP ann. My thinking is that JV was core to lifting the SP and an oversubscribed SPP. Gary was obviously in the mix.

The extension till end of June I think was because they required more time to seal the Niobrara deal.
