I predict that more will have been raised from retail investors than from the placement to "sophisticated investors" - who, after all, stumped up on average about $1000 each - pah! Phase 3 under way, company relatively flush with cash, subsidiary looking like it might be profitable, legal problems shed like water off a duck's back - all good. Ethical capitalism - even better. Multibagger - best of all!
