I'm relatively new to the stockmarket and was wondering if you guys could help explain the SPP for me. As I see it, as long as you have 1 share of MAK on the 12th of June, you are able to buy up to 15k at 0.43 from 19 June - 3 July.
In effect, couldn't I just sell all my shares now (besides one) at the current SP of about .66 and then buy back at 0.43? Effectively giving me about 1.5x more shares than I had previously?
Am I correct in these assumptions?
