I think the takeup was pretty good - I put in $5k and will get all of it so I'm pretty happy. I don't know about anyone else, but for me I raised my $5k by furiously stashing my pay packet away until the final day. I don't have a mortgage or a family to feed so it was pretty straight forward - but I'm certain many MEO holders wouldn't be sitting on $15k that they could drop on an SPP whenever they wanted.
