That is assuming that the sp dies not fall below $3.10 when the new shares are placed in your holding.
Based on what is happening to the world steel market, prices are depressed, prodcution has been cut. As soon as prices rise, latent capacity will be brought back on line, thereby keeping a ceiling on prices. There is probably better value elsewhere.
