Rusty, if all SH take up the full offer, that would be 2400 * 1m = 2.4b new shares @1.5c, the company will harvest A$36m.

The most problematic part is that this SPP does not consider the size of the existing holdings of individual SH. Therefore say if you bought 1 million share @ 3 cents before, you are able to buy 1m shares @1.5 c, while another SH who has little holding like 10k shares, would be able to buy 1m shares @1.5 c as well. Therefore the effect will be small holders will take up big SPP this time, hence seriously dilute the bigger, expensive holders like hell. Plus, the T20 will not contribute much to this game as 1 million shares compared to their sizable holdings is nothing. I don't know why my logic is so difficult to understand here.

What I feel disappointed was that ADV was unable to attract instos into the game at a higher CR price. Once these 1.5 c shares are distributed, those above 1.6 cent holders will stand under water for a very long time as hundreds of millions of cheap shares are to be off loaded to the market, unless ADV projects advance significantly to impress the market.

I also feel it questionable that the size of this SPP may be huge, therefore will it violate ASX rules? Have ADV SH approved issuing billion new shares?
