you should already know that it is rarely successful for the entrepreneurs to run their own companies. they have the wrong skills set to manage the company to the next level. It's their babies and they can't tell if it is ugly.
Selling shares to Elph at 11 cents is a travesty and it just goes to show how he mismanaged it. By the way, that move did dilute our shareholdings.
