The next question would then be how you get the personalised forms to apply for the SPP's?
Usually these are either posted to you from the registrar or you access them via the registrar website.
If your shares are not recorded with the registrar, as they are via a custodian, you can't do this.
Payments for the SPP's have personalised payment references relating to individual holdings.
I'm not sure how IB are dealing with this but I guess that’s what we are paying high fees for.

Judging by the response above Superhero doesn't exactly sound customer friendly for individual requests. Not sure how they would respond to up to 6 emails a month requesting individual SPP documents?
