Well said.. crikey you are right AQR are serial offenders! I guess in the REIT game you gotta keep buying up more and more .. bigger and bigger assets. Good eye on that one (13% discount would have been nice but 3$ allocation haha). That IAG entry on their blog can't help their publicity I reckon.
I wish there was away outside of the Superhero discussion noted above where we could buy the next 200 (after the ASX 300) to increase the possibility of hitting an SPP. Thanks again for your insights and 'tests' above namely with AQR.
