No problem don't get me to wrong I think there are a lot of things that can be improved & the broker fees are atrocious.

My suggestion would be that we all email OnMarket (nicely) with feedback & suggestions for improvement of their product.

For example as the broker fees represent 1%+ of proceeds why not raise the bar to 2% above the SPP price on fixed priced SPP rather than just in the money?
MVP would then have to be $6.63 to qualify & then at least you have a better chance of not losing money.
OnMarket shouldn't care as their performance fee would increase but I suspect they are also getting a % of broker fees.
