    Share Purchase Plan Opens

    Stride Property Group (Stride) is pleased to announce the opening of its $40 million share purchase plan which forms part of its $220 million capital raising announced on 25 November 2020. Stride has the ability to accept additional applications at its discretion.

    Eligible shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand will receive their personalised application forms to apply for up to a maximum of $50,000 of new stapled securities per shareholder at an issue price equal to the lower of:
