    That algorithm can’t ever work on low liquidity stocks as it’s always going to have limited buying side. And they will always be weighting the selling side.

    The market knows a substantial portion of these SPP shares are gonna be sold down with or without SPP harvester, there is always only going to be a finite number of shares issued and the market knows that number, even if the spp is expanded if oversubscribed. It’s like they are inferring they are the taking most of the shares! Which unless they buy into a heavily undersubscribed SPP! - in this case it would likely be a loser anyway!
