IG allow you to sell 1 share, minimum broker fee is $5, minimum purchase $90. No SPP via IG yet, I only started buying last week & finished this week, could be 2 months+ before get a SPP. All CHESS sponsored brokers have $500 minimum per ASX rules, the paperwork you would get would also be horrendous. My list wasn't so much about who would be more or less likely to SPP but who IG trade outside the ASX 300 but I did exclude investment companies trading at discount to NTA, ETFs & shares trading under 50c. IG have a weekly updated list of who they trade on their share trading page, if you're starting from scratch I would just use that as a basis. The SPP Harvester booklet has a list of the 300 shares if you're going to concentrate on the ASX 300.
Good companies for SPP IMO are high growth like BNPL, mining companies & REIT's.
