I think they're saying this is post COVID-19, certainty the market has recovered further today than last Sept.
The point of changing them is liquidity, certainly 2 of the shares being sold we had isuues with liquidity on the SPP. So keeping them isn't really an option irrespective of the proceeds vs brokerage unless you're just going to hold them & not particpate in any future SPPs.
