In regards to constructing a ASX300 list for DIY

SPP harvester says 'The SPP300 is constructed by ranking ASX listed entities by market capitalisation, then removing foreign-domiciled entities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), listed investment companies (LICs), other ‘fund-like’ companies and companies with the lowest levels of the historical liquidity by reference to the value of securities traded.'

What stock screener tool can remove 'foreign-domiciled entities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), listed investment companies (LICs), other ‘fund-like’ companies'. I'm currently playing around with Trading View which only has a filter to limit results to common stock.

What is a reasonable liquidity filter? $1M per day volume? Other?

What stock screener tool can provide addition and removal alerts?

I would prefer to construct my own list over the SPP harvester list to cut out middle men and knowing your own rules
